Glif is a studio by Vahid and Lena. We currently operate as sole traders; KvK and VAT numbers will follow once registered. Reachable at hello@glif.nl.
02 What this website is
A marketing site. The information here is meant to give you a good idea of our services and pricing. No rights can be derived from these pages — only a signed quote is binding.
03 How an engagement works
After the intro we send a quote with fixed prices and a planned delivery date. You pay 50% at start and 50% on delivery. The care subscription is auto-debited, with a 12-month minimum and monthly cancellation thereafter.
04 What's included, and what isn't
Every quote describes per package what's included. Additional wishes are quoted separately before we start. Two revision rounds are standard; extra rounds cost €75 per round.
05 Ownership of the site
The code, design and content become yours upon delivery. If you stop the care subscription, you take the site, including domain. A one-time €290 transfer fee covers the migration.
06 Liability
We do our best to deliver everything fast, securely and well. If something does go wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement.
07 Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes we first try to resolve between ourselves; if we can't, the Dutch courts have jurisdiction.
