§ 05 Privacy

What we collect, and what we don't.

We believe a website can work without tracking its visitors in detail. This page explains how we put that into practice.

01 Who processes your data

Glif is a studio by Vahid and Lena. We currently operate as sole traders — once we register with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce we'll update this page with our KvK and VAT numbers. For questions or access requests: hello@glif.nl.

02 What we collect on this website

No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising cookies. We use only privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible) that don't capture personal data. No IP addresses, no browser fingerprints, no cross-site tracking.

03 What we collect when you contact us

When you email us or book an intro, we receive your name, email and what you wrote. We use that information only to answer your question and, if you become a client, to do our work together. We don't share it with third parties, except where legally required.

04 Which partners we use

For email we'll use Google Workspace (once we set it up). For intro meetings we use Cal.com. For hosting we use Cloudflare. All of these are GDPR-compliant and process only what is strictly necessary.

05 How long we keep it

Client communications and invoices we keep for seven years — Dutch law requires it. Non-business email contacts we clean up every twelve months. We don't set analytics cookies, so the retention period for those is zero.

06 Your rights

You have the right to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send us an email and we'll handle it within one month.

07 Complaints

Unhappy with how we handle your data? Email us first — most issues are resolved within a working day. If we can't, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
